Vintage Hand Painted Tunic w Matching Belt/Scarf

This item is one of my favorites, its just sat in my closet for too long. There arr xome slight blemishes on the tassel ends of the scarf, mainly ware and tear/loosening threads from its age. Its hardly noticeable until you look, so overall it doesnot take away from the garment. dm for measurements on this item
