Vintage Hand Sewn Crop Top and Midi Skirt Outfit

I can’t even handle how cute this little outfit is!! Someone put so much time into the details of this. It has sewn in shoulder pads (in between the lining), adorable loop buttons and pleats across the back. I can update with measurements.
