Vintage Hand Sewn Day Dress

I love this Vintage Hand Sewn Day Dress. It was created from Beige Fabric covered in painted White Dots. Measures 18” underarm to underarm, 14” waist, 18” hip. The length is 39”. My Size 2 dress form is wearing the dress and as you can see it’s too big for her. The attached belt ties in the back. Metal zipper — guarantee of a true vintage dress. The only flaw is a wee bit of fabric wear on 2 corners of the buckle (see last 2 pics). Very minimal! There is a gauze insert around the interior waist. Deemed late 50’s/early 60’s by my knowledgeable source. Them is entirely hand stitched, with perfect, even stitches! A lot of time and care went into making this really sweet frock.
