Vintage Hand Sewn Dress 70’s

Soft, lightweight polyester fabric,blue with hint of green. Drapes perfectly. Dramatic features create a flattering style. Shirring @ shoulder, self covered buttons, self half belt @ waist, full length elastic closed sleeves. Full nylon zipper center back, flared skirt. Almost perfect condition with slight discoloring of buttons (see pic) from normal wear. Size small to medium, no labels. Flat measurements Shoulder to shoulder = 16” Pit to pit = 18 1/2” Waist = 14 1/2” Length = 40 1/2”
