Vintage Hand-Blown Art Glass, Signed James Clarke, Paperweight Abstract Black

This exquisite hand-blown glass sculpture / paperweight was hand crafted by glass artist James Clarke, signed and dated 1980. It features an abstract mostly black and white design encased within the clear glass. A unique and decorative piece for any collection or home decor. The piece is shaped like a vase or perfume bottle, but it appears to be made of solid glass (there is no hole in the top - see photos). He founded the James Clarke Glass Studio in 1978 where he produced a line of blown glass perfume vials, vessels, and sculptures until the late 1990's.
