Vintage Hand-Tooled Leather Purse

Lovely retro hand-tooled leather purse/messenger bag with brightly painted, beautiful flowers on both sides! Has a twist-lock closure and a small, zippered compartment inside the bag for storage. There is a small spot on the strap, which I believe is maybe a water stain? I'm sure it could be removed, but I'm not knowledgeable in that area, so I'm leaving it be.
