Vintage Handcrafted Tabletop Embroidery Hoop Stand Fold-able Tilt Swivel 10 inch

This is a vintage embroidery hoop tabletop stand I've had for a while now and have no idea where I got it from. I'm assuming it's vintage based off the materials used, such as wood quality, the brass hinges and what I'm guessing might be an aluminum screw tightener thing. (Getting super technical here.) The wood itself on the hoop is super smooth with more rounded edges compared to modern hoops and has a nice aged tone to it. But again, this is my best guess. The bottom is stamped (burned?) says "Handcrafted by Don Stark The Joinery" which I couldn't find any info about online. The only thing it's missing are some sort of tightener/screws to put on the threads where the hoop attaches to the stand. Otherwise it folds down and tightens/loosens up just fine and is ready to use for your embroidery projects. Measurements: Hoop: 10 inches Overall height: 14 inches.
