Gorgeous, heirloom-quality navy blue handmade dress from the late 1980s - early 1990s. Label attributes the dress to Judith Kuncas. Hand-smocked. Dress is 100% cotton. Skirt is unlined with a 4" hem (5 1/2" total). Back yoke is lined in the back. Crisp white eyelet lace sewn in neckline. Short sleeves are gathered at armseye and hem. Dress is full and bouncy.
