Vintage Handmade Artisan Wooden & Leather Hair Accessory. Nice quality, thick leather. This piece is from the mid-80’s & was purchased by me from a craft fair. Please look carefully at pictures. There is some wearing & discoloration on the leather from age which is characteristic of the leather.
