Fabric may be a silk, shiny on the surface, but a little nubby on the inside, maybe raw silk?? Fabric is beautiful with different Asian scenes of boats, equestrian, hunting and meditation in the garden. Very well made with the fabric matching up perfectly. Two very large pocket on either side of the lower front. Found a stain on the inside hem on the side pleat. In excellent condition from a smoke free home.
