Vintage Handmade Black dress size Small

Vintage pleated dress that snaps up the front. Very well made. No idea what the fabric is. Has 4 large buttons and 3 big snaps at the bottom of the snap together buttons. This was probably made in the 60’s and in GUC. I have to say who ever made this could have been a designer. It is beautifully made. It’s more of an A line style but pleated.
