Vintage Handmade Blouse

This top was made by my mom back in the 80’s and is still in amazing condition. It has gathered shoulders and a V neck design. It has a very nice structure when worn. Material appears to be primarily cotton, but as it was hand made long ago, there are no tags. Measurements were taken with the top laid flat: Pit to pit 20 inches Shoulder to bottom hem 22 inches Bundle and save!! Like more than one item in my closet?
