Vintage Handmade Girls 1960's Dress Size 4 Pink & White Lined Floral

Vintage Handmade Girls 1960's Dress Size 4 Pink & White Lined Floral.  The dress measures 10" across the chest and 21" from top shoulder seam to bottom of dress in length.  The dress is in very good condition for its age.  The material feels like a cotton blend.  There is a slight imperfection in the lining which I have pictured and the elastic in the sleeves has lost its stretch.
