Vintage Handmade Navy Blue Sailor Dress Size 2-3

Navy blue with white striped trim near hem & collar, sailor collar, back zip closure & maroon red satin ribbon tie. No size tag but estimate it to be size 2-3. See measurement photos. Very Good vintage condition. The white trim is a bit wrinkled with age but otherwise is great condition! The red ribbon is attached with a safety pin which was the norm in those days. Makes it easy to detach for washing! Smoke free and pet free home
