Vintage Handmade Navy Polka-Dot Maxi Dress Sheer S

Very cool vintage dress! Handmade from a semi-sheer fabric, so it will need to be worn with a separate slip or under-dress layer. Fabric feels like a cotton / poly blend; I would guess it’s at least 50% polyester. Dress features cotton lace trim, and an “apron” layer in front. Some discoloration at the underarms (the blue color has bled into the white polka dots.) Also, the ties are 2 different lengths. Fair vintage condition. Check out my other items!
