Vintage Handmade Pink and White Fringe Poncho

I do not know who made this because I purchased it from a LA boutique that said it was vintage. It does not have a tag but it is a one size fits most fit. It has two ties on the front (or can be worn on the back). The yarn used for it is a thicker acrylic-just like the itchy blankets grandma made. This has been dry cleaned and not worn since.
