It is a beautiful accessory/decorative item. Simply painted white inside, no fabric lining. White plastic tube handle. Brass hardware. no stamp or signature. Entirely handmade in an angled/rounded shape. One of a kind, antique. Imperfections on the Wales map top, slightly worn, lacquered images on wood. Other than wear over time, this is in great shape.
