Vintage Handmade 🌈 Rainbow polka dot top

Handmade, one-of-a-kind vintage, retro top with rainbow color polka dot and stripe pattern on light, soft cotton looking fabric. Peek-a-boo rainbow stripes in sleeve and shoulder. Elastic at puff sleeve. Button closure at neck with subtle nick, spot of nail polish will make it right. There are no brand, size or fabric tags so I cannot be 100% sure on that info but I’m calling it a small based on fit and measurements. No stretch.
