Vintage Handmade? Red Blue Mix Print Quilted Patch Jacket L/XL Granny Cottage

It is in great used vintage condition in my opinion. There are no size or brand tags, Or material content tags. I believe it’s handmade, I am not 100% sure. I have posted the measurements in the pictures. I am listing as a L/XL but please see measurements to be sure this jacket will be a fit for you. Some piling on the inside of the jacket.
