Vintage Handmade Shirtwaist Day Dress Pink Eyelet Floral Embroidery Belted

Adorable handmade vintage shirtwaist dress in light pink and white eyelet and floral embroidery. Dagger collar, short sleeves, button down top with back ykk zip and two snaps. Separate matching fabric belt has a lucite buckle and snap closure. The skirt is lined in satiny (I think rayon) white fabric. The main fabric feels like a sheer cotton poly blend—it has texture to it, almost like linen. There is some minor pilling in spots. There are a couple light spots or stains, particularly next to the zipper in the back. These may come out with vigorous stain removal (I washed but did not soak). A couple loose threads on the eyelet embroidery. No tags, so please see measurements for size. 1940s-1960s style dress, but due to being handmade and lack of tags, I cannot say for sure when it was created.
