Vintage Handmade Sterling Silver Puffy Southwestern Dangle Hoop Earrings

The last pic shows the tarnished state they were in before I polished them. Puffy hollow design so not too heavy. Bottom hoop 1 3/4" in diameter. They hang 2 3/4" long. Weighs a little over 30 grams.
