Vintage Handmade Top XL Woman Within Black Pants 12W Petite

Unusual vintage handmade blue and black top depicting an Asian village theme, boat on water, oxen and cart, cooking etc. I believe it is XL, see the measurements. 3/4 length black sleeves with blue cuffs. Decorative blue and black button down blue front with a blue and black collar, black side panels and the back is all blue. The color changes with how the light hits. Blue front and back is lined. Fiber content unknown. There is some discoloration and or fading on the back of the collar, cuffs and shoulders as pictured not very noticeable.
