Two piece skirt and top set - hand sewn! It is white but I can’t tell for sure if the print is dark navy or black. Since it’s handmade, there are no tags and the size was a guess. Please see measurements below for more specific info. It has pockets and pretty shoulder pleat detail. I really wish this fit me, but it is too small for my waist. The waist is elastic! There is a very tiny tan stain (my guess is coffee) on the front towards the bottom. Waist: 26 in (totally relaxed) 32 in (when stretched comfortably) Skirt length: 27 in Bust: 40 in Top length: 22 in
