Vintage Handmade collectors doll GC Painted baby dress Nancy G Wilson Kay cloud

Vintage Handmade Collectors doll Measures approx 30” tall from head to feet but dress is much longer past feet. Exquisite doll. Handmade. Vintage tea stained like dress with several layers, stockings on feet. At one time this doll did have a bonnet which has been messed up, I believe. In one hand she has a red bag and the other hand a small wooded doll figurine. This could possibly be a Nancy G. Wilson doll. However I see no markings or signatures in this doll.
