Banded at the cuffs and hemline. Excellent pre-owned condition. No known flaws. No holes, snags, or stains. No material information, but I think it is a wool blend. The collar, hemline, and cuffs have some stretch so there is some elastic material. It is not itchy, so I don't think it is 100% wool. No size, please see measurements for fit information.
