Vintage Handpainted Floral Pink Roses Nippon Hair Receiver

Beautiful floral vintage handpainted Nippon Hair Receiver with pink roses and gold mesh-like border trim. Possibly antique (receivers in use from 1800s to 1950s). Hair receivers were small containers with holes atop used to store hair removed from brushes and combs. Unsure what this one is made of- ceramic, crystal, porcelain, china, etc. No reason it can not be repurposed to hold rings, earrings, small pins, or other hair/fashion accessories.
