So is that embroidery on the side? Can you post pictures with the measures? Is hard to know if it will fit as you know some sizes are different in other countries specially from Asia.

@albertonyc its a printed/painted design. would comfortably fit anyone medium-xl bc of elastic waist. comfortably 17-18" when elastic stretched out. see pics w measurements when not stretched.
