Vintage Haori🌸Kimono Jacket

This is a Beautiful Vintage Haori in Buttercream Silk Crepe with strategically placed Orange-Red rectangles, using the shibori technique, an art which involves tying and dyeing tiny sections, creating a slightly puckered texture. This Haori has never been used. The placket still has its basting stitches intact! You can leave as is, worn open as a jacket and not belted in any way, or with the placket flat and tied around your waist, maybe with a slender belt or an Obijime, as shown (not included). Unless you are very tall, a wide belt would likely look a bit weird, overpowering the simple elegance of the Haori. But I’m a purist. Upper part of the interior is lined in Silk. Measures 23” across from the back. Approximately 31.5” long from back of collar to hem. The silk fabric is not heavy and stiff, but lightweight. I price my Kimonos and Haori based on their condition. Almost all are pristine, and if there are issues I mention them. 😉
