Vintage Harness House White/Navy Leather Layered Belt

Vintage Harness House White/Navy Leather Layered Belt. Snazzy little piece! Suggested MAX Waist Size is 25” but would be more comfortable on a smaller waist. Belt measures approx 31” in length (not including buckle) by 1 3/4” in width. Has the number 28 on it but I don’t think that is the size seeing as the belt only fits a much smaller waist when tried on. Things to note: some sticker residue on inside of belt (pictured) which does not effect wear. Priced accordingly.
