Vintage Harry Levine silk bag 1940s with corsage

Vintage Harry Levine bag, most likely silk, with attached coin purse inside. Handles are fabric and intact. Cloth tag marked HL this frame is 24 k gold plated. Interior and coin purse have a few stains and it’s clearly been stored flat but there are no rips or other damage. Corsage/boutonniere is pink fabric and green plastic and is marked made in Japan on leaf. Probably late 1940s
