Vintage Harry Rosenfeld Evening Bag

This vintage evening bag by Harry Rosenfeld was made sometime before the 1970s. Rosenfeld’s high-end handbags were sold at upscale department stores & his own Madison Avenue shop in NYC. This bag features a rustic (French?) country scene (likely a painting reproduction) & it’s decorated with sequins & a vinyl covering. Gold-tone metal chain & clasp. Pink silk lining. Excellent condition, inside & out, with slight wear on the top edges. Rosenfeld bags are rare & this is an unusual, endearing one.
