Classic vintage Harvé Benard by Benard Holtzman sleeveless dress. Bright green polka dot with ribbing down the front. Includes the matching sash or you can wear it without. Measures 18 1/2” W from armpit to armpit and 37 1/2 “ L from middle of the neckline. 95% polyester 5% spandex. In great shape but do note this is a vintage garment straight out of the 90’s.
