Vintage Harve Benard 80s classic black tulip skirt Women's dress

Harve Benard by Benard Holtzman timeless vintage 80's black dress. This classic cut is a polyester blend and is lined. Dress is sleeveless with a back zipper closure. This LBD is an essential item to vamp up your wardrobe. The bodice lines and the tulip style cut of the bottom make this far from ordinary. This another item from my "vintage loving" friend so this has been we'll cared for. This dress is so special I took it to a seamstress to have her go over it for flaws. It's in excellent condition and the quality is impeccable. There is no size tag in this dress but I included measurements and photos. My seamstress believes it is a size 4. To help, I also included my daughter in the dress for an example.
