Vintage Harvey’s Red Seatbelt Small Handbag

Vintage Harvey’s red seatbelt bag is small but roomy. Please make me an offer, I’m still learning how much these old bags are worth. Purchased in a boutique in Colorado between 99-01. Shown in both sun and shade to see color. Has interior pocket. Lining has staining as shown, and there is a colored spot on the seatbelt on the back of the bag. Visible it in the 2nd pic on the square to the right of the middle center square. Please see photos for details, imperfections, recently cleaned.
