Vintage Hat, 1960s High Fashion Style Hat

1960s high fashion ladies' hat from New York City department stores. There is some discoloration due to age. The hat basically is a bucket style with a brim. It is made with a coarser woven material I can describe like a fine highly processed straw "fabric" with a crushed Velvet band by: Hats by Eva. Inside rim circumference 22 1/2"
