For more than three decades Rathbun's Department Store was key shopping location in the San Fernando Valley, CA. This is a vintage hat from Rathbun department store. I just bought this item at a vintage store and used it for a queen Elizabeth II costume. Can wear to a derby event. Vintage style. The hat size fits a small/medium in my opinion.
