Vintage Hat Pillbox Fascinator Black Wool by E. Werle Chapelier Paris

Pretty vintage hat or fascinator, most likely made in the 50s by E. Werle Chapelier Paris. Made from black wool, it has a grosgrain inner band and a wide black ribbon bow in the back. Preowned/vintage (60+ years old) with signs of use and prior wear: some color variation to edges, hard to see when wearing but evident if inspecting closely under bright light. Best fits a head 21in around or smaller.
