Vintage Hathaway Women's Navy and White Striped Cotton Skirt NWT - Size 16

This one is wild ya'll. It's vintage but also new with tags. What?! (Check out the original department store tag.) Here's an adorable 100% cotton, lined, navy. marine blue, and white striped, skirt from Hathaway. I'd guess is from the late 80's or early 90's. In very good vintage condition. No stains or tears.
