Vintage Havana Plaid "Bouncy" Dress NWT

The Sand/Navy Plaid Bouncy Rayon Dress features: Sand/Navy Plaid Color, Drawstring Detail, Front Pocket, Button Up, Bouncy Rayon Dress. New with tags. Size S, but this easily will fit a M or L, very oversized and flowy top. My mannequin is a size 14, 40.5" bust, 33" waist, and this is loose on her! Can be worn as a tunic over leggings, or a dress. Very soft, machine wash, easy care.
