Beige with floral motif in black and blue cold shoulder blouse by Vintage Havana. Tie front neck, slight ruffle in upper arm cutouts on sleeves. Bought at Neiman Marcus. Slight fraying on left sleeve ruffle, price reflect such and I've tried to show on the last 2 images.
