Vintage Hawaiian Wiggle Dress

looks handmade, similar to other 80s Hawaiian Dress patterns I've come across. The flutter sleeves and figure hugging wiggle give a beautiful silhouette capped by the mermaid hem that gives you so much sweeping drama as you walk.
