Vintage Hayette Black With Velvet Trim Dress

DESCRIPTION This adorable true vintage gem needs just a bit of love! Featuring a black velvet peter pan collar with velvet bow and velvet covered buttons cascading down the front. Matching velvet band across chest and back, with matching cuffs on 3/4 length sleeves. Extra full aline skirt. Unlined. MEASUREMENTS LABEL: No Size BUST: 32” WAIST: 26” HIP: Free All measurements are measured flat and doubled. FABRIC Not quite sure…some sort of woven thick taffeta like feel. No stretch or give. Velvet accents. BRASS TACKS In good shape for it’s age. Third button down has missing cover and velvet (see photos). Fifth button down is missing (see photos). An easy fix to remove bottom buttons and replace on prominent ones. Two small unknown, white spots one on front of skirt and one on back (see photos). Tag is stapled on.
