Vintage Heart and soul gingham plaid y2k dress

this dress is fabulous. the hot pink and black are amazing together. super cute gingham plaid with empire waist. the sra area is padded. zipper in back and also ties in back. the little bow just below the bust just adds the perfect touch. it is also lined and has some tulle for added volume. made in USA size L measurements bust 34" waist 30" but can go smaller with tie length from top center 28"
