Vintage Helene St. Marie Dress Shirt

I was told this is 1980s when I bought it. It is a like new Helene St. Marie Dress Shirt. It's very retro. Tuck into high waisted pants or skirt. The rouching detail on the collar is beautiful. The buttons are a delicate touch. This is a short sleeve shirt with shoulder pads. It has a very silky feel. There is no stretch to the blouse. Size 12 Waist 21.5" Length 26" Underarm to underarm 21.5" Colors may differ due to difference in screens.
