Vintage Helga Dress in Black with Floral

Vintage belted dress by Helga. Everything about this dress is classically glamorous! Faux wrap look dress with long sleeves and timeless knee-length hem. Silky/satin to the touch. Matching belt which is labeled Size 8. Belt strap is 34.5” and the notches are 28” to 31”. Fully lined. Back Hook and zipper. Feels like polyester but no label. Overall in very good vintage condition. Measurements: Shoulders 16" Underarm to underarm 19.25" Across Waist 14" + a couple inches give with the elastic at the back waist Length 42" The Helga label has a Margaret’s label sewn over it. Margaret’s was a high end boutique in Lubbock, Texas.
