Vintage Hepburn Style Black Cocktail Dress

Originally purchased at a high end vintage store in San Francisco. Chest across front = 17 inches, total around=34 Waist=22 inches Length=42 inches Flare=appx 52 inches only worn once for a costume party. The zipper needed some love so I had to hand sew it from the inside on one side. I looked up the RN # and it showed GITTERS & DERMAN INC from 7th Ave (designated "Fashion Avenue" in 1972) in NYC/The Garment District
