Vintage High Waisted Midi Skirt

I purchased this at a huge vintage estate sale in San Fran only to then realize that it was probably sewn for a theatre production... (see tag)... but nonetheless! This skirt is a true midi length, full shape with a heavy duty fabric (no tulle or added layers), the waist is super tiny, just FYI, I adjusted the clasp at one point to give some extra room, I’ll try and remember to measure to give estimates!
