Buttery vintage high waisted suede blue pencil skirt by Express International. Amazing condition, and just professionally dry cleaned. Label says size 12, but I think it’s more like a 4. Would work in a traditional office or a creative environment, and looks great with something tucked in or layered. Buttons in the back with a zipper, and has a small split, also located in the back.
