Vintage High-Waisted Floral Ruffle Jean Shorts

A super cool pair of vintage high-waisted shorts complete with a matching belt. The red floral fabric ruffles add a fun pop of color! Shorts are in excellent used condition. The belt is missing some of the metal grommets but is in otherwise good condition. See pictures for details! Marked a size 3 but would best fit a 22” waist.
