🟢Vintage Hocking Glass Square Forest Green Jar

Vintage 1950s Beautiful emerald (also listed as FOREST) green colored LARGE canister style 1 gallon glass jar. While there is no makers mark, others online have it made by the Hocking Glass Co.~The picture that we used (which shows the original lid with wire bail handle) was listed by a seller that bought several from an estate sale of a former Hocking Glass Co. employee, so we feel fairly certain that this is correct. NO LID-picture with lid (from the same seller that listed the maker above) used only to show what the original lid may have looked like. No chips~in great condition! There are some average light scratches on the bottom and some cloudiness (average due to age). 🟢SO GOOD for so many things.....as the jar that it truly is, holding whatever you'd like, as a vase with gorgeous flowers, peacock feathers, filled with limes and/or lemons on the counter, staging and decorating with vintage glassware-the sky is the limit! 🟢The color is a really deep and beautiful green!
